GRIESWIRT

We reserved a table at the restaurant in the morning because we didn't want the main dining room to fill up. But we were seated in a separate room that seemed meant for hotel residents. When we asked to move, the waitress insisted that it was part of the restaurant and denied it was for hotel guests, which had already left us annoyed. Then, after we ordered, my sister found a brown hair in her salad. She's blonde. The waitress just shrugged and apologized when we complained, and I don't think something that gross should be brushed off like it's routine. The schnitzel was okay but nothing special, and the fries and sauce were ordinary too. When we paid, we went through the actual restaurant, which looked fine. We weren't happy with the meal, though maybe we were just unlucky.
