A spacious, clean apartment.

Simone’s warm welcome was one of the first things that made our stay at quartier39 in St. Johann in Tirol feel so special. Her care and attention are clear, and she was always available to help make sure we had what we needed. The apartment is quiet but close to the town center and mountain lifts, which worked well for hiking, skiing, or just relaxing in the Tyrolean mountains. Inside, it’s modern and stylish while still feeling cozy. The furnishings are high quality, the kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, and everything was spotless. The thoughtful details made it feel like home from the start. We’re already looking forward to another visit. If you want a lovingly run, high-quality apartment in St. Johann, quartier39 is an easy recommendation.

We had a lovely time relaxing here, and the apartment is a great starting point for hikes straight from the front door. It’s bright, beautiful, and very clean, with a view of the Kitzbühel Horn. The landlady was friendly and easygoing, and was always there if we had questions. Check-in and check-out were simple. Dogs are welcome, although the steel staircase leading in may not work for every dog. We’d happily return and recommend the place.
