The room was great, and the views and location are lovely. Staff were very nice and attentive, and breakfast was good. It's about 10' on foot from the train station, which makes exploring Innsbruck really convenient. Highly recommend, and I'd love to return soon.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help, including making sure there was a vegetarian option for me. Our clean room had a wonderful view of the mountains/stream, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. There's plenty of free parking, and the hotel is very close to the Wolfsklamm, which I'd highly recommend checking out. We had a beautiful stay, 5/5, and we'll be back!

The restaurant had a lovely ambiance, and both the food and service were great. But we had no hot water in our room, even though other rooms did, and there was nobody at reception to complain to. Calls from the room went unanswered too. We had to wait for reception to open in the morning, although we were heading to the airport early to catch our flight. Even when we went down to the desk after midnight, nobody was there.

We really enjoyed the evening dinner menu. The dishes had more variety and flavor than we expected, and the staff welcoming us each time were very friendly. Thanks for the hospitality and a great experience! The hotel is cozy, with ultra friendly staff who greeted us with a big smile each day. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, maybe a little outdated, but they have everything needed. The little stream nearby makes relaxing sounds at night. There's plenty of free parking right by the entrance, and a ski equipment room where you can warm your gear overnight.
