We came as a family with our dog and two little ones, aged 2 1/2 and 8 months. Sara and Thomas were easy to reach throughout the stay, and helped whenever they could without hovering. When we realized our hiking gear was limited, they offered us walking poles and a backpack straight away. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Books and toys were already there, so we didn't need to unpack our own. Fresh farm eggs were waiting in the kitchen for breakfast, and the automatic coffee machine made mornings even better. They also left extra salad for my daughter to feed the rabbits. From the warm welcome at the farm to settling into the apartment, it felt like coming home. I've rarely had hosts work so hard to make guests feel that way. It was perfect.

The children were sad when our week was over, which says a lot. We were made to feel like old friends from the moment we arrived, even though it was our first visit, and we'll definitely come back. The apartment had everything we could need. The farm is tucked away, but we usually left the car where it was and set out hiking on foot. The location is hard to beat.

The apartment had plenty of room and felt cozy while still being modern. It had everything we needed, including a fireplace. We had a fantastic week here. The setting is beautiful, and even in winter there were some great hikes to do. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. :)

We were warmly welcomed, and the apartment is easy to recommend. It has two bedrooms, plenty of space, and a well-equipped kitchen. The fenced balcony/terrace was handy with our dog, who could also roam off-leash in parts of the yard. The location is rural and really idyllic, and Lake Achensee is about 15 minutes away by car. A truly fantastic holiday.
