Julia was such a thoughtful, welcoming host, and quick to respond whenever we needed her. This was our family’s second stay at Fetz Luxury apartments, and we keep coming back for good reason. The apartments are modern, comfortable, clean, and well equipped, with a lovely sauna. The area is beautiful, and skiing is brilliant, with easy access to many runs from Warth. Getting there from Innsbruck is simple too. We really recommend Fetz Luxury Apartments.

The sauna is a lovely extra, and the service was great. The place itself is gorgeous, new, clean, and cozy, honestly a 10/5. We drove to the Warth ski lift each morning, about 13 minutes away. There’s free parking, and usually enough spaces. Would definitely come back!

The family running the place were really lovely and helpful, and the wellness area was amazing. The apartments are beautiful and very clean. It’s a great base for skiing around Warth-Schröcken, just a short drive or bus ride, and for hikes in Lechtal too.

The owners were very nice and got back to us quickly and cheerfully. Our beautiful apartment was equipped to a high standard, and the hospitality was just as good. Bread delivery is available, and there’s free covered parking right beside the apartment.

The sauna area was fantastic, and the host was so nice, thanks again for the pie 😊👌. We had a lovely stay, with a fully equipped apartment that was always clean.
