The food was delicious and locally produced. There are good choices across the menu, especially the backendl and schnitzel. Monika und Claudia were excellent, friendly, and gave us really good service, 5* plus. We had a very nice time eating here.

The sauna area is amazing, and the hotel itself is really beautiful, with a lovely spa. But the pool was cold, breakfast service was poor, and check-out was too early. For a 4star hotel at this price, being rudely told to leave the breakfast room at 10:03 was disappointing. Other hotels would make fresh eggs if a guest asked, especially at this price. I’d have recommended it for the sauna alone if not for those issues.

The hotel restaurant is closed on Monday evenings, though there are a few other options 300meters away. The rooms have been freshly refurbished, breakfast is tasty, and the restaurant is a good dinner option on other evenings. The crew are very kind. The sauna and pool are nice for relaxing, and there was also an electric car charger. It’s a very nice hotel with a good restaurant and a good choice for a family holiday.

The top-floor spa and sauna are an interesting feature, and the kitchen and helpful staff are great. Stylish architecture and a high level of interior design made this an absolute top-tier experience.

The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the mountain views are amazing. It’s a very nice area, with the train station just a few meters away and parking available. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, the usual high-quality hotel spread, and the service was great.
