The kids had room to run around and try fishing without the crowds you get at public beaches. Lake access is about 500 meters away, and it was fantastic. Our room was spacious and well kept, and the hosts were very friendly. There’s also plenty to see and do around beautiful Lake Wolfgang.

Pension Regina was a peaceful, relaxing place to stay, and the hospitality was outstanding. I came to Maria Taferl on a short trip to Lower Austria, and the Wachau Valley is close by, making it easy to set off on a bike tour. I can definitely recommend it.

The apartments were spacious and spotlessly clean, and the owners were pleasant. Everything was just right.
