The house was clean, and both bathrooms are new, but if you don't meet the minimum guest number, you only get the downstairs living room, which has a small double window. The toll for the panoramic road isn't included in the price, and a sign on the balcony says the property is under video surveillance. The location is extremely peaceful, except for the owner's unannounced visits. Anyone over 1.80m (5'11") should bring a hard hat, or they'll bump their head on every lampshade.

It was inexpensive, and the sauna was nice. The accommodation had everything we needed, and being close to the Postalm mountain hut was great. But we expected something different from the photos: our living area was in the basement with just one small window, despite spending most of our time outside. The landlords also kept appearing unannounced in the living room and then tried to charge us extra without justification. We won't be back. Edit: I'm changing my review a few days later. The host says the room is on the ground floor and has a double window. That's simply not true, and I can provide photos. It's fine for the owners to check on guests sometimes, but showing up without warning isn't acceptable. They even accidentally locked my son in once. Because of that response, I'm taking off another star. It's really cheeky. Yes, we came two years in a row because the price was very good. We accepted the drawbacks because it was inexpensive, but we won't do that again.

The house has a sauna and a big garden, and the rooms feel nice and cozy. It's in a lovely, quiet spot for hiking, cycling, or just relaxing. A beautiful place if stuffed animals don't bother you.
