We stayed here for a week while on holiday in Tirol, and it was a really lovely break. The hotel has a swimming pool and a wonderful SPA, and you can rent an e-bike to ride the cycle path along the Zillertal valley. The restaurant served fresh, tasty food with plenty of variety. Breakfast was very good, and we especially enjoyed the weekly grill party. The staff were professional and ready to help with any request. Thanks to the whole team for the quality of service. We’ll certainly be back!

The location worked really well for skiing. It’s a four minute walk to the stop for the free ski bus to Kaltenbach, and the ride takes about eight minutes. There are enough blue runs for beginners. After a day on the slopes, there’s a small snack in the lobby, and the clean sauna and steam bath are a nice place to unwind. Stumm is a small, cute town with typical Austrian houses, shops, a supermarket, and a bakery. Our third floor room had been renovated and was modern and comfortable, with good beds. The owners are very friendly and clearly run this as a family hotel. Service and food were great, with dinner included in our booking. We booked four ski days through a Dutch agency. The hotel website photos hadn’t been updated to show the renovated room. We’ll definitely come back one day!

The staff were warm and welcoming, and I felt comfortable throughout my lovely stay on a ski trip in Austria. The rooms and facilities were clean. I’d definitely recommend it!

After a long day of backcountry skiing, this is a great place to rest. The hotel is very clean and has a lovely spa, and everyone is cheerful and eager to help. We enjoyed the food too. Thanks Mr. Ambroz, you’re the boss. The local chief has the same name as me, lol.

The room was really spacious, and the staff made us feel welcome. The hotel is nicely presented. We had local, rustic dishes, all well cooked and very tasty.
