We've been spending our winter holidays at Landhaus Pichler for 15 years, and have always been very happy with our stays. Maria and Gerald are kind, helpful hosts, and all three apartments are comfortable and lovingly furnished. The house is in Neukienzen, a quiet district just outside Tannheim. You can get to the valley's sights, including Tannheim, Schattwald, Grän, and Lake Vilsalpsee, on foot or by bus. The rooms are clean, with tasteful modern alpine decor. The kitchen has everything you need, and the Rot Flüh and Gimpel rooms have lovely views of the snow-covered mountains. Maria and Gerald are always glad to help with questions, problems, or requests, and children are very welcome. Fresh rolls can be ordered for each morning. There is a fitness room, foosball table, and wellness area with a sauna, infrared cabin, and solarium. The Tannheimer Valley has plenty of restaurants, and we found the value for money quite good.

It was our first visit to Tannheim, and we loved the valley, the scenery, and the mountains. The accommodation was clean and well kept, with very nice rooms, and we had no complaints. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here.

The balcony gave us an incredible mountain view, and the basement had a sauna and fitness room. There was also bread delivery. The apartment had everything we needed, and the friendly hosts and handy location meant plenty of peace and quiet. During our two-week holiday, the only thing we lacked was perhaps a bit more health. Thanks to the Pichler family. Maybe we'll come back to the Tannheimer Valley to see you again!

The house was extremely clean, and the friendly owners live there and are always available. We were very satisfied, with plenty of cupboard and storage space in the Gimpel apartment, whose spacious balcony looks out over the local mountains and village. Free rental bikes got us to the village in three minutes, and the bus stop is a two-minute walk away. Fresh rolls are delivered daily. The sauna can be booked for an exclusive two-hour session, up to four times a week. Toilet paper and dishwasher tablets are supplied for the first few days, then you need to bring your own. You can charge an electric car with a portable 11 kW charger. We would have liked blackout curtains or blinds, since the sun woke us at 5:45 a.m.

We spent a relaxing stay at Landhaus Pichler from July 28th to August 12th, 2025. The quiet house is only a short walk from the village and hiking trails. Our Gimpel apartment was comfortable, with a wonderful balcony view over the valley and mountains. The fitness room and cozy sauna, which was free twice per apartment, were great during the first few damp days. The Pichler family were very friendly and gave us useful hiking tips.
