The owners were genuinely lovely, and the location was quiet and scenic while still close to everything you might need. I especially enjoyed winding down in the private sauna after a day out. The room was amazing, and breakfast was fresh, varied, and among the best I've had at a hotel. I'd happily come back anytime, highly recommended.

This was a stop on our way to Italy, and we regretted not booking more nights. The room was lovely and had a great view. We also really liked the excellent restaurant, and the owners were so friendly.

We felt at home straight away. The staff were warm and attentive, and the lounge by reception had a wonderful tiled stove. Our suite looked out over the mountains at any hour, while the hotel itself sits in a quiet spot at the edge of town. The decor felt cozy, modern, and inviting.

Breakfast was the highlight for us: lots of choice, fresh fruit, and delicious eggs made to order. Sonja welcomed us warmly and even let us check in a little early. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the charming spa was just right for an evening sauna. The hotel is in a great spot, with a supermarket nearby on foot and Lake Vilsalpsee reachable by walking. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return. Definitely recommend it.
