The facilities were all well maintained, from the swimming pool to the spa and sauna, and added to the luxurious feel. The restaurant was another highlight, with delicious food made from fresh ingredients, and the breakfast buffet had an impressive range of options for different tastes. My room was spotless and beautifully designed, with a great view and a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping kept it clean throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with warm smiles and excellent service, and check-in was seamless. My stay at Vitalhotel Kaiserhof was outstanding from beginning to end.

The location was convenient, but that was the only good part of our two-night stay. For what we paid, I expected basic amenities. We had to carry our own luggage when we arrived, and there was no free drinking water, iron, or even a kettle. Staff said the hotel simply didn’t have one. It felt like a budget stay at a premium price. I wouldn’t come back or recommend it unless location is all you care about.

The sofa bed was advertised as suitable for two adults, but it didn’t match that description. The check-in was also a mess. We arrived at 9:00PM, and the receptionist handed us keys without checking our passports or booking, or telling us which room we had. She said to come back the next day. We then found other guests already in the room and had to go back to reception. One staff member spoke to me aggressively and disrespectfully before eventually giving us another set of keys, which fortunately opened our actual room. The next day, when I tried to complain to the manager and ask for an explanation, he started arguing with us and chased us in the parking lot. The whole thing was stressful and unacceptable. I want an explanation, the listing corrected to reflect the sofa bed accurately, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.

The view was amazing, and the room felt spacious, cozy, and comfortable. It wasn’t very new, but it gave us a taste of Tyrolian life style. The hotel manager was involved throughout check-in, the restaurant, and helping us, and even shared his private mobile number. The hotel is very service customer oriented.
