The owner herself came to check on me several times and ask how I was doing, or whether anything could be improved. That personal care meant a lot. I spent nine days at this Ayurveda hotel, and the staff throughout the restaurant, front desk, SPA, and therapy team were kind, attentive, and professional. The setting is breathtaking, with mountains, forests, lakes, and scenic trails all around. Most of all, the treatments suited me so well that I felt significantly better physically and mentally after my stay.

The people here made it feel like home, a safe place where I could let my body and mind rest and heal. Everyone in the restaurant and spa was warm, genuine, and attentive. My seven-day intensive detox stay at Ayurveda Resort Sonnhof was special from the first consultation with Mr. Gaurav Sharma through to the final treatment. The Ayurvedic treatments were incredible, and the calm, beautiful spa area was thoughtfully put together. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. I can highly recommend Ayurveda Sonnhof for a deep, holistic wellness experience, and I hope to return 💚🌿💆🏻‍♀️

I only had four days at Sonnhof, and I’m already dreaming of returning for a week. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, and the staff were professional, friendly, and spoke great English. My balcony looked out over spectacular mountains, with breathtaking countryside all around. The treatments felt authentic, and both the treatment rooms and spa were very clean and well run. I borrowed an electric bike for a ride around the area, and also trekked in the forest. Be careful going down the mountain, it’s really steep! If you want an authentic Ayurvedic stay without travelling to India, Sonnhof Resort really is the place to go. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
