The food at Burger Stiegler was very tasty, and the man running the place was super friendly. After a long day, it makes a big difference to be greeted by a friendly face. I had a clean, spacious double room; it could work for people who aren't a couple, since the toilet is separate and the beds can be split apart. I did miss having a bottle of water in the room. Breakfast was good, and there was plenty of parking. The hotel is near a train track, but neither that nor any noise from it bothered me or disturbed my sleep. Looking forward to my next stay.

Breakfast was a lovely surprise, with a tasty selection, different kinds of eggs, and coffee, tea, or cacao. The service was very kind, too. My daughter and I had a really pleasant stay, and the modern room was bright and felt brand new, right down to the lovely white bedding and wonderful bed. The one problem was the lack of mosquito screens. It was hot, there’s no AC in the rooms, and we had to leave the windows open. By morning, we had 10 mosquitoes in the room.

Our four rooms were next to one another, and we loved sitting on the balconies in the morning, chatting after breakfast. The hotel people were so helpful and made us feel at home and comfortable. Nick was kind and professional. There’s a big field beside the hotel where our dogs could go out in the morning, and you can get to the lake easily through cute little villages. We loved the rooms, the balconies, and the people. Thank you!

We only stayed one night, but it was a top class experience. The rooms were lovely and modern, the staff had an extraordinary, charismatic way about them and were easy to talk to, and the food was excellent quality. Would recommend 11/10. Thanks for having us.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, and easy parking in a quiet spot. There’s no restaurant inside.
