The owner really made this stay for me. She was warm, kind, and helpful, and easy to have a good chat with 😁. The apartment itself was modern, cozy, and comfortable, with everything well equipped, from towels and soap to washing machine tablets.

We had a lovely view over the surrounding area from the apartment's slightly raised position. Everything was spotless inside and around it, and our own parking spot was less than 10 meters away. The atmosphere, decor, and location were all top-notch. Highly recommended.

Edith and her team are on hand with useful advice and practical help, and they're incredibly hospitable. The place is peaceful near Ladis, Fiss, and Serfaus, with the Kaunertal in the other direction. Italy, the Dolomites, and Samnaun in Switzerland are close too, so you can head out in any direction.

After a day outside, it was nice to have a cozy shared space where guests from the different apartments could get together. The place was super clean, and the owner is Dutch. Highly recommended.

The landlady is lovely to talk to and has great suggestions for excursions. We had a great stay in the vacation apartment.
