We felt really comfortable here and will definitely book again. The hostess was charming, helpful, and accommodating. The apartment is clean, spacious, and has stylish furnishings and a cozy feel that makes you want to stay in. Kitchen equipment is sensational, and the lake view is breathtaking. The location is excellent too, just 100 meters from the ski lift and a 5-minute walk from the train station. In short, 100 points!

Top 26 really does give you a view: the big windows look out over the lake and mountains, and the living area has a penthouse feel. The host welcomed us warmly and gave us a professional, pleasant introduction. The apartment is spacious and very clean, and the location is hard to beat for skiing, only a three-minute walk to the gondola. It was ideal for three people and convenient for keeping walks short. There was a washing machine, dryer, and covered parking. A wine opener was the one small thing missing. Soundproofing could be better, as we could hear the neighbors. Skiers might find it useful to rent secure ski lockers at the Kanzelhöhe mid-station, so they don't have to carry their gear around each day. For the comfort, the price felt absolutely fair. It's a highly recommendable holiday apartment with great views and location, plus only minor drawbacks.
