The view from up top is beautiful, and the fresh air at 1900 m is lovely. Getting there means a 20-minute drive on a mountain road. But the service and cleaning were poor, nowhere near four-star level. The outdoor pool is cold and not suitable for children. The sauna is small and smelly, and the place doesn't feel cozy or have much atmosphere. The fitness room wasn't clean and had old machines. Overall it's overpriced for the room sizes, and I wouldn't recommend it for small children.

The hotel has an outdoor infinity pool and a relaxing area, with ski-in and ski-out access, heated changing rooms, and ski storage. There's garage parking as well, and the breakfast area is pleasant. Up at the top of Gerlitzen, the location is fantastic and the valley views are stunning, including from the room. I highly recommend it, definitely worth it!

Avoid this hotel. Our room was extremely dirty, with dust under the bed and on top of the wardrobe, and we couldn't sleep at night. They also charge hotel guests for water, which isn't included in the dinner price. That's completely absurd. On top of that, there is no adapted menu for children.

They had very little understanding of vegan food. It took a while to explain what vegan means and negotiate a plain potato with a salad. In the end, I was charged for a full meal plus the salad, and got strange looks too. When I ate there as a non-vegan, everything was fine.
