We spent a week at pension Rosenheim during our winter holiday. Anne Lies and Rob did everything they could to make us comfortable, and Anne Lies was always welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Breakfast was generous and varied, and gave us a chance for stimulating conversations with her. Our apartment was cozy, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location was peaceful, just a few minutes from the Kanzelbahn and the center of Villach. We strongly recommend pension Rosenheim to anyone looking for a more personal stay than the anonymous hospitality of a hotel.

The hosts were amazing and helpful, and the place felt warm and welcoming. It was clean and well equipped with everything you could need, and the beds were super comfortable. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely, clean, cozy studio, and we'll definitely come back. The friendly and helpful Dutch B&B owners gave us lots of tips, so we saw and did plenty. The studio had a very large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a little garden where we could sit in the shade in the mornings, and a balcony. We could keep our electric bikes in the garage and had our own key. Breakfast was delicious and cost just 10 euros, though you could also order bread rolls for the next day. A day trip to Italy and Slovenia was easy to manage too.

Rob and Annelies welcomed us warmly with a delicious coffee after our long drive. We slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds, and the rooms were spacious, tidy, and clean. Breakfast was good, and the coffee was delicious again. After a pleasant chat, we continued our journey. We'll definitely return to this wonderful place! The de Jong family.

We've now had a wonderful holiday at Pension Rosenheim for the second time. Rob and Anne-Lies are endlessly hospitable, know the area extremely well, and are always ready with tips and good advice to help guests have a carefree stay. The apartment is spacious and cozy, with everything provided, including fresh bread rolls every day. Highly recommended!
