The breakfast was super generous, and the woman who runs the property was genuinely kind and helpful. We enjoyed three lovely days in a welcoming, clean place with a splendid view of the Gschnitztal. It's a great starting point for excursions in either winter or summer. You can quickly get from one valley to another along the many branches off the Wipptal, from Brenner to Innsbruck.

Every morning started with a really tasty, cozy breakfast. Our room was neat and clean, with a large bathroom, balcony, and fantastic mountain views. The area is ideal for hiking and relaxing. There aren't many restaurants within walking distance for dinner, though Trins has enough choices for a few days. You need a car to explore farther afield, but then Trins may not be the right destination for that. :)

The landlady was so nice, and breakfast was very good. Our rooms were beautiful and very clean, and I'd definitely return. The Gschnitz Valley is well worth visiting for hikers and mountaineers!

We've kept coming back on and off for 30 years. It's a fantastic house, impeccably maintained, with a warm and welcoming hostess and an excellent breakfast. Five stars for the cleanliness, hospitality, coziness, and warmth. Trins itself feels a bit dated, unfortunately, but there are some great hikes to enjoy.
