We had a big party, and the service was awful. One bottle of wine could take up to an hour to arrive. We're pretty sure we were overcharged, or that some of what we ordered never came. The waiters were unfriendly too, and not in a charming Viennese way.

In summer there's outdoor seating, and inside the smoking and non-smoking areas are divided by a big open doorway, which makes the separation pretty absurd, but that's Austrian law. It's a nice old restaurant with hearty, good food at a reasonable price, and friendly staff.

The shady garden has plenty of room and is set back from street noise. It's a typical Viennese Heuriger, easy to reach by public transport, and spacious indoors as well. I didn't see the hotel, but the shared downstairs areas looked very appealing.

They served dry goose and wine we couldn't identify, then charged us as if it were premium. Even the water came in jugs and cost 5€ each. When we complained, they were rude to us. Amazing. This place should be shut down. Avoid it if you can.
