The apartment is lovely, clean, and in a great location. I’d happily stay in an Abieshomes apartment again if they’d have me after this feedback. We were there for six days, though, and the little oversights started to stand out: no spare toilet paper or kitchen towels, not enough coffee supplies for the nice machine and nowhere to get more, and nowhere in the shower for gel or shampoo except the floor. The terrace had only dead trees, which made an otherwise cozy place feel a bit sad and neglected. For a night or two, some of this might not be so obvious. Paying more attention to these details would make the stay much nicer.

My first stay was great, but the second, in 09/2022, was much less so. The cleaning service did a really poor job. The floor looked like it hadn’t been wiped in a long time, and long black hairs were everywhere. I hope they improve this.

I visit vienna regularly, and these are definitely the most beautiful apartments in Vienna. The staff are super friendly and helpful too. Ill be back.

The neighborhood is really quiet, and the apartment is comfortable and very nice. It’s well located near the messe prater u station. Cleanliness was pretty basic, though, with a stained couch and spider webs on the wall. Not bad, but they need to do a better job cleaning.

I liked the place a lot, but the fact that it was in the basement brought my rating down to four stars.
