The staff at reception and the dinner host were rude and ridiculous. At checkout, they accused us of eating without paying, even though we hadn’t eaten at their restaurant, and they had no evidence. The host kept turning us away, and we felt he had something against us. Reception also repeatedly tried to charge us for things we either hadn’t used or had already paid for. Our room and breakfast were okay, but the room hadn’t been cleaned. There were dry contact lenses on the floor and tons of hair in the bed. If you stay here, keep every receipt. I’d try to avoid this place if you can.

The dinner reservation process seemed needlessly complicated, especially with plenty of seats available. The main courses were tasty and well prepared, but the salads were old and poorly washed. We sometimes found food left on plates, and the plates themselves looked worn and overused. At breakfast, the bread was good. The fruit was mostly tasteless, and we sometimes came across rotten pieces. The omelet station was the highlight, thanks to the charming and welcoming man making the omelets. Our room was spacious, larger than what you usually get in a hotel, and comfortable. I’m not a fan of carpet, but it was acceptable. The bathroom was clean and functional, though the shower didn’t work properly. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and functional, and the staff were welcoming and pleasant. It just didn’t feel like the five-star experience you might expect.

I never expected such a fantastic stay. We’ve been here for a few days, and the whole restaurant team deserves thanks for the warm welcome and incredible service. Everything is super clean, and the food is out of this world, delicious and refined. Thanks for giving us this experience.

We were here with a large group for business, and they accommodated us excellently. The staff were brilliant and treated me wonderfully. Look at the CV pins on their shirts and they’ll tell you which languages they speak, usually at least three. The hotel is new, modern, and beautiful, with great showers and a view you can’t beat. The food and service were great too. There’s a nice spa, a weight room, and an outdoor area. A walking path follows the river and leads into town, and behind the hotel there’s a pool with slides and other activities for kids. There’s also a winter activity center next door. The ski jumps are a short hike uphill, and the front desk can help arrange other activities in the area.
