No problems at all, everything was fine.

Communication was really poor.

The apartment was a little dated, but it was very clean and already nice and warm when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it. We had our dog with us, so being able to set off on pleasant morning walks right from the apartment was a real plus, and several hiking trails start at the property. We'd only meant to stay a bit longer after spontaneously adding a few nights. We found a place through the tourist office, and even with the last-minute booking, the process was incredibly easy. The staff were very friendly, and we felt comfortable there.

The worst part was finding expired drinks in the fridge: the mineral water was two years past its date, and the apple juice seemed to have been moldy for weeks. The snacks and soft drinks advertised for the "wellness temple" weren't there. The sauna was only turned on if requested, with no way to book ahead, so after skiing we had to wait an hour. We also had to pick either the steam sauna or the Finnish sauna. When we asked if we could use both, they said no because apparently four people weren't enough. The staff seemed unmotivated and not customer-oriented. Several things on the website are simply lies!
