The owners clearly care about their guests. After each ski day, one of them would greet us with a smile and check whether we needed anything. He even arranged a strudel for us, which he didn't have to do, and we're really grateful. The whole team was polite, helpful and smiling, and housekeeping did an impressively thorough job. We loved the jacuzzi and saunas too. The hotel is beautiful and has such a warm, welcoming feel. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return.

The roof jacuzzi was available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with the water kept heated, and guests could use both the steam and dry saunas without limits. There was also a ski room with lockers and a boot dryer. We had a really good breakfast, with something a little different each day, plus a different sweet treat such as waffles, oatmeal, rice pudding or Kaiserschmarrn. The owners brought over any missing dishes and offered coffee, cappuccino or hot chocolate. The whole staff were friendly and smiling every day. Our room was cleaned daily and kept neatly arranged. The hotel itself felt clean, spacious and tidy, with free covered parking and an elevator. We were greeted at the entrance by a friendly owner and even got a free beer. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed at for a ski holiday. If I come back to this resort, I'll choose it again.

It's a lovely hotel, and we had a pleasant stay with a great breakfast. The location is a little way from the village center, so it's very quiet, but there are still good options for meals and walks in nature. The ski slopes are easy to reach.

We spent a lovely summer here and went hiking. This family hotel is top quality, very well maintained, and everything feels high standard. The owners are kind and helpful, and the rooms are very clean. Our room had a good bed and a small kitchen with everything we needed, including a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. There are sunbeds and a nice whirlpool on the roof. On the second floor you'll find a sauna at 90 degrees C, a steam room and a rest room.

The views from the resort are amazing, and the location is ideal. You can catch a bus outside to the ski slopes or glacier, or take a short walk to the first chairlift. The hosts were always smiling and friendly, and did everything they could to make our stay perfect. They suggested places for dinner and made reservations for us. Breakfast was delicious, with a change each day. The room and hotel were tidy and clean, and the way they made the bed each day, with little details, always made me smile. I highly recommend it and am sure we'll be back. 5/5
