This feels like a scam. I booked through blue pillow and only got a confirmation number. We tried to find a way to contact them, but there was no phone number, WhatsApp or email information, and nothing could be done. I had to go to the hotel and pay €130 per night. I hope I get my money back. Vienna is disappointing, expensive, and the conditions, OMG. Tomorrow I’m going to Dubai, where Premier Inn is €178 for three nights with breakfast. Here it was €130 for one night without breakfast. OMG.
