Dinner was the biggest letdown. Waiting two hours for the main course at a hotel in this category felt unacceptable. We know restaurants can get busy, but for this price we expected better organization and quicker service. We were also surprised to be charged for a simple cup of coffee in the room after paying 600 euros for the night. At this level, we thought that would be included. We’d travelled all the way from Canada and were really looking forward to a luxurious five-star stay, but the experience didn’t meet our expectations. We’re sorry it wasn’t as pleasant as we’d hoped, and hope the hotel considers some improvements for future guests. Based on our stay, we can’t recommend it at this time.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and our kids absolutely loved Johann in the restaurant. We had a beautiful room, wonderful food, great pools and a really interesting kids’ playroom. Best hotel ever! I’d recommend it to families with children and to couples too. We hope to come back.

A lovely stay, with comfortable rooms and very good food and drinks. This family-owned and run alpine resort hotel has had extensive upgrades and renovations, and family members are hands-on, keeping an eye on the details throughout the operation. We’d gladly stay again when the occasion comes up.
