After the rear bed frame broke in the middle of the night, we came back from skiing the next day to find it fully repaired, even though we hadn't reported it. The service deserves five stars for that. The rooms and prices are fair, dinner was pleasant, with decent choices and a nice atmosphere, and breakfast had lots of fresh options. One issue for taller guests: the high wooden frame at the foot of the beds means you can't stretch your legs beyond the mattress. At 180 cm, you're right at the limit.

The breakfast was really delicious, and the evening buffet was good too, at a pretty low price of 15 euro per person. The staff were kind, though the owner/manager was really rude to them. It's very close to hintertux ski area, with a bus from the hotel to the slopes. Our room was manageable but not very good quality, and some things were broken. Apart from that, it was fine, and we had a nice stay.

Barbara deserves a special thank you. The staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help with anything we needed. The food was always plentiful and well prepared. I'm Italian, and I love having pasta here! The hotel is in a wonderful spot, with walking routes nearby and the glacier lifts close to their starting point. I'd recommend it for families as well as sports groups.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever seen, and there's a handy room for warming ski boots. Dinner impressed me less, but it's easy to get to hintertux and eat there. Our room was lovely, warm, cosy, and homely, with everything you'd want from a hotel. The beds are super soft, just right after a long day skiing.
