The apartment was very clean, and the lady of the house let us check in very, very late. I can only recommend it 😀

We came for skiing, but the hostess was unfriendly and hardly spoke to us. She didn't even show us the ski storage room, and the bread delivery service seems to be just a nice feature advertised online. The apartment itself was fine, clean, and well maintained.

The location is great: there's a café with a terrace 30 meters away, two supermarkets, the Hexenkessl après-ski bar, and the ski lift at about 100 meters. The valley run ends just behind the house, also about 100 meters away. The apartment is spacious and has a ski room, but the welcome wasn't very warm and the kitchen utensils weren't entirely clean. It's a cheap place for 2-3 people, with everything needed and no more.

We were very dissatisfied with the lower floor. There were five of us, but never enough dishes for more than one meal. The welcome was unfriendly and stayed that way throughout. Don't ask about nice hiking trails, as they'll send you to the tourist information office. One person had to sleep on a completely worn-out cot and had back pain. Noise from upstairs came through the floor very loudly, and there was no sink in the toilet. I didn't find the decor welcoming, with no flowers anywhere, and there was hardly anywhere to sit outdoors, if at all, because it was right beside the road. We also had a mouse plague. The only good parts, and why I gave two stars, were the easy access to hiking trails and small supermarkets.
