Haus Leonhard

The ground-floor location right beside the ski and boot area was handy. The place was warm, spacious, quiet, peaceful, and clean, with everything needed for a holiday. The hosts were very nice. You may need chains in heavy rain, but the location makes up for that.

We were there for 12 days, and the owner cleaned the apartment three times and changed the towels. The owners were friendly and helpful, communicating in English and, of course, German. The ground-floor apartment was very clean, with white linens, towels, dishcloths, cleaning products, and a well-equipped kitchen. There was plenty of wardrobe space, and the beds were large and comfortable. It's at an altitude of 1400 meters in a quiet, secluded spot, with fantastic views from every window and the private terrace. The center and bus stop were about 1300 meters away, up a steep climb. We drove to the stop and caught a bus to Mayrhofen that ran every half hour.

The house sits a little above the village, with beautiful views all around at any time of day. The apartment was comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed. There's a drying room and ski storage nearby. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend it for a family holiday!

It's a little out of the way, but that means it's peaceful and quiet. The apartment is lovely and simply furnished, with very comfortable beds. A great house with very friendly owners.
