Haus Michael

The view from the balcony or window is fantastic, and the apartment was very clean with everything we needed. There was even a highchair for the kids, and we could order bread or rolls for morning delivery right to the door. The landlords were really friendly and always had ideas for fun things to do nearby. We had a great time and will come back.

The visible mold in the bathroom was a concern, especially for anyone with respiratory problems. The air felt damp, and the small windows meant very little natural light. Heating did not work, and the internet was so weak that even a low-quality YouTube video would not play. We also struggled to sleep because the laundry and drying rooms ran around the clock right beside the bedroom, separated only by a wooden wall. With those facilities next door, the basement location was far from ideal for relaxing, and the accommodation was not what we had expected from a holiday apartment. Our family has been visiting the Zillertal Valley regularly for more than 25 years, and this was unfortunately our most disappointing stay there. We found the frequent instructions about using the drying room somewhat intrusive. When we left early, no compensation was offered. For future Zillertal trips, we will be more selective about where we stay. Anyone looking for peace and a relaxing setting may want to take another look at this accommodation and decide whether it suits their expectations.

I had to cancel my vacation because of health problems, but the excellent email communication made the cancellation completely straightforward. Thank you.

A wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it to everyone.
