There’s plenty of choice at meals, so young and old should find something they like, and the food is excellent. The rooms are modern and clean; most have a balcony looking out over the Tux Valley or Hintertux Glacier. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome, and the staff really make an effort to keep you comfortable.

The included daycare was the best part for us: the staff looking after our baby and toddler during the day were professional and trustworthy, so my wife and I could use the nearby gondola and ski slopes. We had a wonderful long weekend here as a family. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, our room was immaculate, the mountain views were breathtaking, and the food was delicious. We loved the whole experience and will definitely come back. I’d recommend it to anyone.

There are activities for children every day, and the location is amazing. You can walk to the ski lift or ski down to the hotel, and there’s a ski locker with a boot dryer. Our room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, always going the extra mile. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

I came here on my own with my five year old and am really glad I chose this place in the Zillertal Alps. There’s a big garden playground, the bus station is a minute away, and the ski lift is four minutes away. There are lots of hiking options too. The rooms are big, and free childcare is handy if your little one isn’t up for an adventure. The food was pretty great, and the menu changes daily.

The spa was great, and we didn’t miss having a pool. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Food quality was superb, with a different menu each day, though coming from Asia we did miss some spicy food. I understand that isn’t the hotel’s fault. It’s easy to reach the Hintertux gondola on foot, and the ski school right behind the hotel is convenient for kids. The fabulous daycare, two playrooms, and nightly children’s menu kept everyone occupied, with lots of flexibility around food for kids.
