The spa was spotless, and after a long ski day the saunas, pool, and steam room were just right for unwinding. Parking was included right outside the hotel, and my room was comfortable, clean, and well kept. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast and dinner both had lots of excellent choices each day. The hotel is right by the ski resort, and the ski bus reaches the glacier cable car in just a few minutes. I had a fantastic stay in Hintertux, would happily return, and highly recommend it.

The rooms, spa, food, and friendly staff who go the extra mile all made a great impression. I can’t praise this hotel enough. I’ve already booked another holiday there for next month!

Everything else was amazing, but Room 313 wouldn’t lock and was easy to walk into. The staff were terrible and refused to do anything about it. The manager at the front desk was annoyed by any request and wouldn’t do her job.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the location is probably even better in winter. The food was best on Saturday, at least during our visit, when they had an outdoor grill. The salad table could have been fresher, though. Several times I tasted fresh vegetables that seemed spoiled. The old part of the hotel definitely needs renovation. A neighbor smoked indoors, and the smoke kept getting into our room. We moved downstairs, but then found several bathroom fixtures needed repairs, including a loose shower stand and hand towel rack.

We haven’t managed to return to this hotel, where we used to stay every year, because of illnesses, pandemics, and, worst of all, how difficult the Austrian State has made it for Turks like us to get visas. This lovely family’s hotel is still always in our thoughts. Love and greetings.
