A real highlight here is the cleanliness: all the areas were kept impeccably clean and sanitized. The guesthouse also has breakfast with local products, storage for ski and sports equipment, free on-site parking, and Wi-Fi. Gästehaus Wildschütz in Tux is a welcoming, practical base for experiencing the Tyrolean mountains, with a good balance of comfort and simplicity and a strategic location. There’s skiing and snowboarding at the Hintertux Glacier ski area, plus summer hiking, trekking, mountain biking, and scenic walks. Nearby thermal spas offer wellness and relaxation. The property has been fully restored while keeping its heritage. Traditional and modern styles come together in a refined, elegant setting. Highly recommended for a practical, relaxing stay.

Modern upgrades sit comfortably alongside the old-world charm and traditional atmosphere. The combination of that character with the first-class services of the Tuxer Hof makes this hotel easy to recommend. A nice meeting of history and modernity.

The former breakfast room is a cozy spot to sit with friends. This is part of the Hotel Tirolerhof. The rooms feel a little dated, but they’re adequate. The lighting could use improvement, since it’s quite dark.

The room was clean and tidy, but at just 13 square meters the double bed leaves almost no space for luggage. I paid €1000 for a week with breakfast only, and no ski passes, after booking the Hotel "Tiroler Hof" for a lot of money and being placed in this guesthouse 300 meters away. For a room this small, that price is outrageous.
