The rooms were very clean and the breakfasts delicious, and the place has a lovely atmosphere with a wonderful owner. The views are beautiful. In winter, having a car is useful, though you can walk to the ski bus in 15-20 minutes with your ski gear. We highly recommend it and would love to come back!

The house is so well located that we didn't need a car for most of our day hikes. The owners speak perfect English and are incredibly nice and helpful. They recommended all the hikes we did, and if you're interested, ask them about the history of their family and the area. It's fascinating. Chatting with them and hearing so many authentic stories straight from the owners is what made me so fond of this place. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and trust me, I'm picky about breakfasts in Austria. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the area is quiet with spectacular views. Honestly, I think this was the best accommodation we've had in Austria.

Everything we needed was there, and the rooms were very comfortable. The place was super clean and the view was TOP. Kenna and Andy were the best hosts. We had an amazing stay at Löberbauer, Ferienwohnung, and will come back!
