The summer card made it easy to get around to local attractions and use lots of services. We were also impressed by the mountain views, which gave the apartment a special feel. It’s brand new, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. A great mix of nature, convenience, and comfort.

The views are lovely, and the place is clean and beautiful with good service. The ski room right by the parking garage makes it a great fit for a ski trip. There’s no air conditioning in the rooms, though, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable.

We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Tamara and her family are wonderful hosts, and the place is modern, practical, spotless, and has a breathtaking view. If you want a warm welcome in Ötztal Tirol, I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

The host was so nice, and the apartment was clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed staying in the house, and the location was great.

The garden apartment had an incredible mountain view, and we could hear the river down in the valley. It was spacious, carefully designed down to the little details, and exceptionally clean. Tamara made sure we were comfortable and suggested hikes nearby. Umhausen worked well as a base for exploring the valley, with several supermarkets close by. We also got the valley’s summer card, which gave us free access to many attractions and saved us quite a bit. We stayed here in September 2024 and had a perfect visit that went beyond what we expected. We’ll definitely return.
