The balcony has an amazing view, and our apartment was cosy with all the facilities we needed. The house is generous in size and very, very clean, high up at almost 1600 m. Our host was the kindest and most welcoming I’ve met on my travels, always smiling, helping and checking that we had what we needed. They even have a ski room and a heated room for boots, and recycle everything. You can order fresh local bread and dairy, delivered to your door in the morning. Good people, lovely energy, well away from the crowds and noise.

The sunny balcony has a beautiful view, and the apartment was very clean. Petra is so caring and one of the kindest women I’ve ever met. I’d definitely recommend Ban Kneissl's.

It was a joy to visit Petra and Willie for a second time this year. They’re incredibly friendly and hospitable, and there’s a lovely family feel to the place. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, with plenty for children to enjoy. The breakfast is available to order and comes with all kinds of fresh produce. Highly recommended! The Tulp Family

Just thinking about our time there gives me goosebumps. Petra and Willi, who look after the house, have a warmth, kindness and attentiveness that’s hard to describe. Thank you for THIS feeling 🥰🥰🥰 👩🏻❤️💋👨🏼 Alf and Tina from Dortmund 😘

Set in Niederthai, a charming village in Tyrol, this is an ideal spot if you want peace, quiet and comfort. You can leave the car behind and head straight out on any of the many mountain hikes. Don’t hesitate...
