Melanie was very helpful and gave us more than enough tips and trips for the family, even though it was low season. We had a wonderful stay at Ferienhaus Ban Brösign with our children, aged 2 and 4. With just the four of us, the house felt very spacious, and the kids loved the "Spielhöhle". Nearly forgot to mention how clean and well maintained everything was. We’d definitely recommend staying with the Waldhart family.

After a day exploring the Ötztal, we could relax on the terrace, Teresa, with a lovely mountain view. The hostess was always ready to help with questions. Ferienhaus Ban Brösign in Umhausen was very clean and has loads of space for groups of up to 12. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and there’s a grill and table tennis table too. Its location works well for exploring the valley, especially with the handy Ötztaler Summercard, which gives you discounts and free entry in many places. We had a great week here. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends!

The kids had a fantastic play area in the basement, and the owners were really friendly to deal with. It’s a beautiful house in a great location. We were completely happy with our stay and would recommend it 100%.

The house is ideally placed for lovely outings, and there’s even a small swimming lake in the village. We spent a wonderful week here with nine adults, with plenty of room for everyone and more than enough furnishings. It’s a beautiful holiday home for family or friends, and the hostess was very friendly and happy to help with questions. Thanks, Melanie and Alexander, for an unforgettable week in your home! The children loved the play areas and the garden, and booking at short notice was no problem at all. We were welcomed very warmly. The house was clean and well organized, with a kitchen that has the basics, though you’ll need to bring salt, pepper, sugar and other spices. A few things to know: the mattresses are on the firm side. I have a herniated disc, so I didn’t sleep as well as I’d hoped. If I’d known in advance, I could have planned for that. This is more a suggestion for future guests than a real criticism. The TVs in the bedrooms also weren’t working properly. There are lots of shops and bakeries nearby, plus a pizzeria and kebab places in town that deliver quickly through services like Lieferando. The location is great for families with children and a dog, with plenty of hiking trails and activities. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend it. We’ll definitely return!
