Haus Lärchenwald has become a place we love coming back to year after year. It’s peaceful, and a great base for hikes. The apartments feel so cozy, are spotless, and have everything you might need. The owners are kind and accommodating. Every morning there’s a bread roll delivery, plus fresh milk straight from the cow, which is a real treat. Just the kind of mountain holiday we like :)

We were able to really enjoy the quiet surroundings, and the hostess was so pleasant and helpful. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and furnished with care. The Koch Family would be delighted to visit again soon!

We’ve already been to Haus Lärchenwald in both winter and summer, twice so far, and plan to return. The Leiter family are kind, helpful, and hospitable, and the apartments are very clean, thoughtfully furnished, with all the amenities we could want. The ski cellar is handy for storing and drying ski equipment in winter or hiking gear in summer. Kids can play in the courtyard and on the lawn, where there’s a trampoline, swing, and slide. In the morning, milk from the farm’s own dairy cows is brought to the door, and bread rolls are available if requested. We can wholeheartedly recommend the place, and are already looking forward to coming back. Many thanks to the Leiter family!

The daily bread, fresh milk straight from the barn, and the host family's warm welcome made our stay feel especially homey. We were a family of four spending two weeks in a cozy, clean and comfortable apartment at Haus Lärchenwald. Niederthai was a peaceful base amid beautiful mountain scenery, with plenty of hikes and enjoyable trips nearby. We appreciated all the tips and would happily return.

After more than 20 years of visits, we still love coming here. It feels like staying with friends, and the apartment has all the comforts in a warm, family setting. We'd recommend it.
