The ski room and its boot warmers were really convenient, and the bus makes it easy to get around, with the lift only a few stops away. We were also allowed to check in early in the morning after letting them know ahead of time. Our room was clean and well equipped, and the stay was great value for the price.

The Maurer family welcomed us warmly, even treating us to homemade cake. They were attentive and seemed to anticipate what guests might need. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, and the modern house and well-equipped rooms were lovely. We also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, with a pool behind the house. The location near the entrance to the Ötztal valley is convenient for local attractions, and the motorway is close by for trips to Innsbruck. There’s plenty of parking, and the house is right by the main road. We’d happily stay again if we’re in the area.
