We come back to the same hotel every year, and my family loves it. Johannes and his team are great. There’s a comfortable lobby and lounge where you can sit with friends or family, and on cold nights guests are offered complimentary soup, a thoughtful extra. The location is convenient, just a short walk of about three minutes from the center. Our rooms have always been clean, well looked after, and traditionally decorated. Breakfast has everything you might need. It’s absolutely worth staying here when you’re in Kitz!

We stayed in Feb 2026 and would happily come back. The staff were excellent and friendly, and getting a kettle for the room was no problem. The room was nice, with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was very good, and the afternoon soup was especially welcome after skiing.

It’s a clean, comfortable family-style hotel and good value. The location is handy, with just a short walk to the town center and the bus to the lifts across the street. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff made the stay especially nice. Johannes (?) and everyone else were friendly and helpful.

There are several restaurants nearby, and a bus stop almost right outside takes you straight to the lift station. One thing for other travelers: the bus times can be a bit unpredictable. A locker at the lift station and the walk there might be easier. It takes about 10 minutes, though it’s uphill in the morning. We had a very pleasant stay. Our triple room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and breakfast had plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful the whole time.

We booked a family room and had a great stay. The staff were very friendly, the location was good, and the sauna was amazing. Breakfast was perfect. I’ll definitely come back soon.
