Visiting the barn and even lending a hand with the farmer's daily chores is encouraged, and we especially enjoyed that during our lovely off-season stay. Our hosts took great care of us and shared excellent excursion tips, which we were happy to follow. The apartment was tastefully furnished, and we had everything we needed.
