The staff were so helpful, and breakfast was generous. Our room was very clean, and getting to the ski resorts was easy. We had a truly lovely stay at Haus Rosi.

We felt welcome straight away thanks to the friendly, easygoing hostess. Our room, "Stuibenfall," had a balcony overlooking the snow-covered mountains and nearby Stuibenfall waterfall. The place is beautifully kept, with a lovely garden and three guest parking spaces on the property. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and on Sunday there was even a slice of cake with strawberries and bananas. We really enjoyed our first visit to this guesthouse in Umhausen and would happily return.

The hostess is always around to help and make sure guests have what they need. Breakfast was delicious, and the accommodation is cared for with a lot of love. The price is very fair for what you get. We're already looking forward to coming back.

The rooms get cleaned every day, which you don't often see in a guesthouse, and breakfast is both tasty and generous. The hostess is always smiling, welcoming, and happy to share ideas for things to do. You feel at home here. If I could, I'd give it 100 stars. Highly recommended! Warm regards from Leipzig, Anja and Hagen.
