MYALPS Ötztal

We’ve stayed at MYALPS three times now and have always been very satisfied. The staff are consistently kind, helpful, and ready to accommodate our needs. Their approach makes every visit a pleasant experience, and we’ll be happy to return.

The location worked really well for us, with a supermarket and gas station just two minutes away and Aqua dome about a 15-minute drive. We were two families, four and five people, and stayed for eight nights, from 1-8/10/2025. The family of four had apartment 5 with two bedrooms, and the family of five stayed in apt 1 with three bedrooms. Both apartments felt comfortable, modern, and nicely designed, with well-equipped kitchens. The parking was convenient, and the staff were so welcoming. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the place.

We were three families and all had a great time. The staff were excellent, and the place was very clean, nice, and new. The summer card was amazing too, with lots of things included for free or available at a discount. We’ll definitely come back.

We came as six adults with two small children and stayed at the Umhausen location in Peak 10. Each couple having its own bathroom was especially useful for a group our size. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully furnished, with lovely views and good quality throughout, from the linens and kitchen items to the furniture. There’s also a gorgeous spa, just right after a long day of hiking. Restaurants, a grocery store, the bus stop, and walking and biking trails are all close by. The parking garage felt safe and was very convenient. The app and the emails before arrival were helpful, and self check-in was easy when we arrived after reception had closed. It feels like a well-run place that really pays attention to its guests. I’d love to stay again if I’m in the area.
