Enjoyit Rooms

The room felt cozy, with cute decor and a roomy balcony. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the location was right in the city center on a quiet street. The owner was sweet, friendly, and accommodating. The room cleaning, though, was awful. We left the sign asking for service, but when we got back at 10 pm, nothing had been done. We asked the woman at the front desk, who wasn't the owner, to clean it as requested. She spoke neither German nor English and yelled at us rudely. She said she'd take care of it while we were out, but when we returned, she'd tossed two face towels onto the floor and done nothing else. There were no shower towels or fresh sheets, the bed was still unmade, and the floor hadn't been cleaned. She acted as though we were a nuisance for asking for a service we'd paid for. That experience brought my rating down to four stars. Everything else was good and the owner was great, but the older woman was very unprofessional and her behavior had a real negative effect on our stay.
