Breakfast was excellent, and every staff member was very friendly. I booked shortly ahead and was allowed to take my valuable bike up to my room. The receptionist kindly helped arrange a wash for my bike clothes. The room was cosy, quiet and newly renovated, although the shower seemed a bit used. The location is perfect for Velden. I'd happily come back anytime.

The breakfast was generous, fresh, varied and beautifully presented, and the location right by Lake Wörthersee in the heart of Velden is ideal. My room was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend it.

Being right in the heart of Velden but on a side street made the location perfect. The center is only a minute away, while the hotel itself stays peaceful. I also loved that parking was included, since it's usually charged elsewhere. The service and staff were warm and friendly, and they seemed to anticipate what I needed. I felt completely at ease, and the hotel exceeded my expectations by far. I'm only staying here in Velden from now on. Thanks to everyone who makes this experience possible, please keep it up!

The price for what you get was poor, despite the good location. We booked and paid for three people, but our child didn't get a separate bed. The towels weren't changed, and communication was poor.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the service was very friendly. It's a cosy hotel in a great location, with rooms that are clean and spacious. We'd be happy to stay here again.
