We’d booked and fully paid for the room three months ahead, but they cancelled our reservation just a few hours before check-in. Who wants to book a place only to have it cancelled at the last minute? 👎👎👎👎👎

The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the location was good.

A complete disappointment. I booked two months ahead and paid in full, then got the check-in details two days before arrival. A few hours before reaching Vienna, I found an email saying my reservation had been cancelled. The host answered when I called, but said she knew nothing about it and blamed Booking. After I spoke with Booking and called again, her phone was switched off. I had to pay for another place myself. I don’t recommend staying here. I’ve seen other tourists describe the same experience. Avoid this place.

The rooms are really nice, but sadly they were a bit dusty and dirty. When you shower, dirt gets everywhere.
