The hotel team were wonderful, from the front desk and room cleaning staff to the breakfast restaurant. They were helpful and full of information. When our daughter turned 12, the front desk left a balloon and chocolate for her, and the breakfast team arranged a piece of cake. We were so grateful for that care. Breakfast is served in a restaurant right in front of the cathedral, behind a glass wall, making morning coffee especially lovely. We were there for three nights in mid October, a family of five with two rooms, one suite for three and a regular room for two. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of classic Vienna. Our rooms were spacious, clean, modern, and nicely designed. Our windows didn't face Stephan cathedral directly, but we could open them and look right to see its amazing architecture. We've stayed in many city center hotels around the world, and this one is on our top list.

Breakfast was the best we had on our travels through Austria, and the room was so clean it looked new. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful view of the cathedral from our room, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend staying here in Vienna.

The location is hard to beat, in a very safe area and within walking distance of all the main attractions. I spent two nights in a suite near Christmas and had a lovely stay. My room felt brand new and was very clean. Breakfast was lovely too, with an epic view of the church right outside. I landed early, before the 3 p.m. check-in, and the staff let me use the spa area to change and freshen up before heading into the city. They also got my room ready early, which I really appreciated. I can't recommend this hotel enough for a stay in Vienna.

The location is perfect. You come out of the subway and it's right there on your left. My twin sister and I travel a lot, and this was easily the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of St. Stephen's. Cathedral. We were celebrating a big birthday, and they left us a sweet note and chocolates in the room. That attention to detail really sets them apart. Breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Vienna is beautiful, and this hotel is top notch. STAY HERE!

The staff were incredible, always smiling and ready to help. They also went out of their way to accommodate my gluten-free diet at breakfast, which was excellent. The location is amazing, with views of the cathedral and plaza, and the metro right outside the door. One of my favorite hotels in the world. Thanks for an incredible stay!
