The photos I found online were accurate, and the apartment is a good deal for its size. It’s nice, though the main road beside it makes it somewhat noisy at night. Maybe I missed it, but the extra €30 cleaning fee after the stay wasn’t made clear enough to me.

It’s about 20 minutes from Stephansplatz, with good access to Vienna’s public transport.

The apartment was roomy and cozy at first, but I was quickly disappointed by how much needed fixing. Some spotlights hung loose, others didn’t work, and the bathtub was falling apart. Its jets were malfunctioning and sent heaps of disgusting grime out of the tub. As someone with a dust allergy, I found it incredibly difficult, so my husband and I left early. They charge €30 for final cleaning, and I’ll leave you to form your own opinion about the rest. If I’d left the apartment as I found it, it would have been filthy again. Parking was another cost I hadn’t planned for: even the cheapest garage came to nearly €60 for three days. I ended up spending more than expected.
