The landlord didn’t respond when we got in touch. We then contacted the company we booked through and left a negative review. Only after that did they reach out, say we were lying, and tell us to change it. The place was outrageously dirty for something people are charged to stay in. The fridge and floor hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There were crumbs under the bed, filthy corners, and other people’s hairs stuck to our socks after walking around. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty, silverfish were in the apartment, the bathroom drain barely worked and left us standing in sludge, and many things were broken. It’s a miracle we didn’t catch gonorrhea. The stairwell was like a ghetto. Never again!!!

The pictures are very old, and there are rats in the house. Everything is filthy and run down, and living there with a family and children seems really dangerous. The cleaning lady should have to stay there herself for a while. This is a complete dump, with a few current pictures here. Not recommended.

The owner was quick and efficient over email, and the apartment is only a three-minute walk from the metro. It’s roomy and has everything needed, including a bathtub and washing machine. The bedroom is a bit narrow, but the bed was very comfortable. We stayed at the end of December and the whole place was warm. P+R Erdberg is also convenient, about 10-15 minutes on foot or one metro stop away, and parking there is cheap at 3.40 euros for 24 hours.

Prater park, with its Ferris wheel and children’s attractions, is within walking distance. There are also grocery stores, a P+R car park, and metro, bus, and tram stops nearby, so getting to the center takes under half an hour by public transport. The apartments were clean and tidy, though the building is older and the entrance wasn’t clean. There’s a kitchen.
