ARCOTEL Donauzentrum

Our family of three, including our 8 year old son, stayed seven nights at ARCOTEL. It was tidy, very clean, and quiet. The U1 metro line and donauzentrum shopping mall are very close.

I was there for six days and really liked the spacious room. The location is great, the people are very nice, and the view is beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with different menu options, though the eggs were half cooked and not very nice to eat. Room service was bad. My room was cleaned only twice, and I had to complain a lot before the receptionist sent someone the second time. I scanned the code, but no cleaners came. Lovely otherwise.

The location is a real advantage, right beside Westfield Donau Zentrum and close to Kagran metro station, so we could reach central Vienna in just 10 minutes by subway. Our room was spacious and quiet, with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, separate toilet area, and a hot shower. Check-in was smooth, check-out quick, and the breakfast spread was excellent, with breads, cheeses, eggs, jams, yogurt, cereal, cakes, juice, and more. We stayed November 21-23. Seeing snow fall in Vienna on November 23 made the trip feel special. We've stayed at other Vienna hotels, but this one is our preference.

The hotel was really clean, though a little understaffed. When my door lock broke, they booked me into another room right away, but couldn't help with my luggage. Still, they fulfilled other requests, like asking for a water boiler, immediately.
